At Big Bertha Metals, metal isn’t something I just decided to start selling—it’s an industry I’ve been around my entire life.

I grew up Mennonite with an eighth-grade education and have spent my whole life around construction and metal forming. I’m also the youngest of eight boys, and my seven older brothers have spent years working in and around the trades. Their experience, along with my own, has had a huge impact on how I understand the industry, how I do business, and most importantly, how I treat people.

There are a lot of places you can buy metal. We know that.

That’s why we believe what really sets a company apart is relationships and service.

Big Bertha Metals is a small, local shop. I’m involved in the day-to-day operations, and when you do business with us, you’re doing business with people who care about your project and your success. We believe in answering the phone, doing what we say we’re going to do, and taking care of our customers when they need us.
